Michaelle is an education warrior by day and a proud mother and wife by night. Before establishing Entourage, she spent over 30 years helping students become industry leaders.

Nothing is more satisfying than preparing students for excellence. After over 30 years of guiding countless students during her career, Dr. Wurtele is an expert in higher education.

Stacy Berg

Director of Education

Since becoming a licensed cosmetologist in 2010, Stacy has been passionate about the beauty industry and helping others discover their potential. As the Director of Education at Entourage Institute of Beauty & Esthetics, she oversees the education of cosmetology, esthetics, and nail technology students, helping shape the next generation of beauty professionals. She loves sharing her knowledge, encouraging creativity, and watching her students gain confidence as they develop their skills. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing them graduate, build successful careers, and achieve the goals they once only dreamed about. Her passion for education, mentorship, and the beauty industry shines through out everything she does.

Bobbie Hotler

Campus Director

Bobbie has been passionate about the beauty industry since becoming a licensed cosmetologist in 2005 and has been educating future professionals as a licensed instructor since 2010. Today, as the Campus Director at Entourage Institute of Beauty & Esthetics, she is dedicated to creating a positive, supportive environment where students and staff can learn, grow, and succeed. She loves helping students build confidence in their skills while preparing them for rewarding careers in the beauty industry. She believes education is about more than mastering techniques it's about inspiring professionalism, creativity, and a lifelong passion for learning.

I have been in admissions "changing lives" for 25 plus years and absolutely love it. I enjoy assisting future students as they begin their journey in this wonderful industry. While it is an exciting time in their lives, it can also be overwhelming. I get that!!

My passion is helping students achieve their goals while attending Entourage. I want every student to clearly understand how they can afford their education and explore the various financing options available to them. As a former student myself, I understand how challenging the financial aspect of school can be. That's why the Financial Aid Office is committed to providing transparent guidance and support - so you can focus on your success at Entourage.

Karla has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002. Her passion for the beauty industry led her to specialize in nail technology, where she discovered a love for creating beautiful nails and helping others develop their skills. Since becoming a Nail Technology Instructor in 2016, Karla has enjoyed sharing her knowledge, encouraging creativity, and helping students build the confidence they need to succeed in the industry. She is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of nail professionals and making learning both fun and rewarding.

Jamie is a licensed Esthetician, licensed Esthetics Instructor, and a proud graduate of the Entourage Institute of Beauty & Esthetics Esthetics program. Passionate about skin health and education, she is dedicated to helping students build the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on skills needed for successful careers in the esthetics industry. Jamie believes in combining evidence-based techniques with personalized care to help both her students and clients achieve lasting results. She enjoys inspiring the next generation of estheticians and fostering a positive, supportive learning environment.

With more than 20 years in customer service experience, she is passionate about building meaningful connections and providing exceptional service. Her outgoing personality, professionalism, and commitment to helping others ensure that everyone feels valued from the moment they walk through the door.  She takes pride in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere while representing the organization with excellence.
